We called at noon during Christmas week and told them our door had slid off the tracks and was stuck open. They were fully booked, but said they would try to help us to at least get it closed until they had time to help. We have no heat in the garage so we were desperate. By 3pm the same day, their tech was finished and had completely fixed the door!!!!! Excellent service and a great price!!!! Thanks Overhead Door!

Great experience with the OHD staff. Very informative and answered all my questions thoroughly. They were very willing to accommodate all my special requests. The install team was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The installation looks great. Very pleased with the whole experience and the finished product. Definitely recommend this company.

We had an emergency when the bolt connecting the door opener to the garage door snapped in half. We couldn’t open or close the door without effort. I contacted OHD and explained the situation. 2 technicians showed up within 2 hours. They replaced the missing bolt, inspected the door, motor, springs, and hinges. They made the necessary adjustments and had no problem explaining what they were doing and why. I have no problem recommending this company and these 2 gentlemen.

The staff were very helpful and showed me the product they would be installing, could answer all my questions and were happy to re-use my current door opener. The install only took half a day in the cold! They removed my old junk door for me and my door has been brilliant ever since. Their showroom is great too, with everything on display.

My overhead door failed at -42. I called Overhead Door half expecting to be put on hold for 3 hours, instead I was scheduled for a next day installation. The installers were quick, efficient, and professional. They had the whole job done in 5 hours. Kudos to the staff at Overhead Door.
